I've been trying to cancel our subscription and close our ZOHO account as per https://adminconsole.wiki.zoho.com/accounts/Closing-Account.html but I cannot delete the orginisation without cancelling the subscription and cancelling the subscription does not work - I get a message "Subscription cancellation failed".  I've spent many hours going round in circles. 

Please advise what to do or better still cancel the subscription.
