Cannot add chinese domain

I tried to add two new domains. One .dk domain, which went perfectly. After that a chinese domain, r10.xn--6frz82g, with the same settings. I keep getting the error "invalid domain name specified" when trying to add it in the Control Panel. I've checked with my domain provider, and the domain is valid and active. Could it be that this domain is not supported?
