Cannot add dew domain in Zoho Email

Hi team, hope you are fine

When I try to add my domain konnectedconcepts.com to zoho email i get the following error:

The input passed is invalid or the URL is invoked without valid parameters. Please check your input and try again.

Please advice on steps to be done to solve this issue.
