Cannot add e-mail account from my organization

Hello, I'm experiencing a problem, and can't find a way to solve it.
I created an account sara@whee-educacion.com, a few months ago, but I cannot recover the password.
Then I created the account contacto@whee-educacion.com and configured all the settings of my company.
The problem is I cannot manage the account sara@whee...
It's possible to attach it to my current Zoho Mail control panel or delete this account?
