Cannot change primary email

Hello

I am logged in as our administrator, but when I try to change the email address of the adminuser (the address we want our customers to see on automatic email notifications) it tells me to contact our administrator eddy@habidapt.com. I don't understand as I am logged in as eddy@habidapt.com.
