Cannot easily see contact namefor tasks/events/calls

I'm evaluating ZOHO crm and some things seem to be hard to do. 95% of customers are individuals (contacts, not  accounts)

When I add a tasks/events/call- it appears nicely under the contact, but if I go to the last of tasks, etc. I only see the task description e.g. "call them to make an appointment" - but I have no idea who, unless I click on the task and get to the conact page. If I'm looking at task for the day, I need to know the name to decide which task to do, and its a pain to go though ten tasks clicking each one to get the "right" one.

Typically I will have many tasks with similar descriptions e.g. "call them", "confirm the appointment', "arrange  pick up", "mail invoice"

Also, Calls do not display the call time time in the Activity tab
