Hi Support team,

 I'm really sorry on this case due to our team forgot to reset the two authentication before they change the mobile phone. Now we cannot login to admin control panel because system need 2 authen and we don't have backup code as well.

Could you pls reset two authentication for admin of @kcvanit.com.

Pls help us to resolve this problem.
