Cannot Paste

Hi,
Thanks for the great service. I've been having a problem since using Zoho..I cannot paste in it..I tried all ways..for example creating a user.js and adding this to it :

user_pref("capability.policy.allowclipboard.Clipboard.cutcopy", "allAccess");
user_pref("capability.policy.allowclipboard.Clipboard.paste", "allAccess");
user_pref("capability.policy.allowclipboard.sites", "http://www.mozilla.org");
user_pref("capability.policy.policynames", "allowclipboard");

but it just doesn't work..any suggestions as to what i can do to make it start letting me paste!! ???
