Cannot re-enable incoming mail

Good afternoon,

After accidental disabling, I cannot seem to re-enable incoming mail for our users.
The message received i  Operation permitted for paid user(s) only.

Could you please fix this problem for all users (3) in domain technicles.nl ?
As you may understand, the mail functionality is pretty useless without incoming mail enabled.

Btw: there may be good reasons behind this functionality, but
1) like I said, even for basic (free) usage, the zoho application is useless without the possibility to do basic user management. Limitations on use of all the extras in the suite are understandable and would attract me to paid usership, yet such a basic limitation would not, it just frustrates. Concirning the amount of posts about this subject, I would not be the only one.
2) The error message is very unclear. I had no idea about a limitation of enabling users for basic accounts. More information in this error message could clear things up.
