Cannot Receive Email after Whitelisting & Excluding Domain (MailChimp) - [SOLVED]
I'm having trouble trying to receive emails from MailChimp to my zoho email, and would be grateful for help to fix this.
I've added mailchimp into my zoho email whitelist and excluded their domain from spam collection.
I'm trying to integrate mailchimp with zoho and need to 'verify' to MailChimp that I own the domain via an email they send. I've tried for the last 24 hours and still no email has been received.
Mailchimp advise that their email is bouncing from zoho and that I could try a different email with the same domain. So I created another user within my zoho email and tried to send the verification email again from Mailchimp to zoho. And still the same problem. Here's the mailchimp error messages.
Mailchip then provides the below information to help resolve the issues but I can't locate an area within zoho to include the ip address. Each time I enter them in zoho, I'm advised that they are not domain names.
Any help in resolving this issue is greatly appreciated.
