Cannot save my Zoho Show presentation

Cannot save my Zoho Show presentation

I'm working on a Zoho Show presentation that I want to save.  I'm not sure if it's saving. Whether I click "Save" "save as" or "save as PDF" nothing seems to happen and it doesn't ask me where I want to save it or confirm it's been saved.  If I try to make it public (in case I need to do that to save) it shows the little spinning circle like it's working on it, but it just keeps spinning (for like 20 minutes so far.)

Can I save something to my computer, or does it automatically save it to my zoho account, online?  I tried logging in to Zoho using a different browser, and my presentation is there, but is that because it's saved, or because it's still open in the first browser?

This is my very first time using zoho and I'm so confused.  Thanks for your help.
