Cannot write to registry during Outlook Add-in installation
I was using the outlook add-in during the free trial and it worked perfectly. I decided to go ahead and keep that functionality and as soon as I paid for it, it quit working as it should. When I would add the email to Zoho from Outlook, it would delete the email from outlook. I was told to remove the add-in and re-install it. I have not been able to re-install the add-in because it says it cannot write the files to the registry because I have to have admin rights. I do have them on my computer. The Redemption .dll does show up in outlook, but does not load because of an error. I need this working ASAP.
