Cant access my zoho mail but I have an zoho account!

Hi,

I have a problem. When I try to access my Zoho Mail I get the "Add an account" page.

I do not want to add any account. I just want to use baciotti@zoho.com, but I cant use it! It seems that this email does not exist, but I already have an zoho account with "baciotti" id

Please help me, I want my zoho account!!!
