Can't add user to Zoho Mail becuase it's trying to send invite
I am trying to add a new user to Zoho Mail from the control panel with an email address such as
person@mydomain.com, but every time I enter the name, email, and password, and click "Ok" it says the user has been invited, instead of just adding them.
I cannot log in with the email I created because it says, "This Zoho account does not exist." It appears the user was added to the invitation list, and the account must be activated by clicking a link in an email sent to the address I created. Obviously, I can't click the link because I don't have access to the inbox.
I have tried changing the email address on the user, and it still tries to send an invitation. I have some screenshots attached.
Is there anything you can do to help?
