I can't link my Zoho site to Namecheap correctly. 

Namecheap looked at my account and said everything is set up correctly.  

DNS checker shows my domain with the www is active, but not active without the www.

When I type in www with my domain name, it goes to a Zoho landing page.

I'm on the free trial.  Do I need to upgrade in order for it to work correctly?
