Can't lock timezone in new Zoho Bookings

Can't lock timezone in new Zoho Bookings

Hi, since the new Zoho Bookings has been changed, I cannot seem to lock the timezone in for the meetings. I have set the working hours and location, but when I got on the link, it automatically gives me slots in my timezone. I want to lock it for an in-person event in a certain timezone.  This was possible in the old version.

Also, do you now have to have a contact number field? I can't delete this field. 

Any advice would be helpful thanks!
