With ipad (iOS12.1.4), I downloaded Zoho Docs app and tried to login with my ID (email address) and password. It requires additional passcode sent to my cell phone. So I entered the exace 7-digit code but never be able to login. with the message "Exceeded_Maximum_Allowed_Authtokens" (attached picture).

Two things I noticed:

1. it looks like it requires 6 digits code on the screen. There are 6 stars (*) on the login screen but the code sent to my phone is always 7 digits. I am not sure if this has something to do with it.

2. I downloaded Zoho Writer app as well, and I could log in with no problem (although it had the same condition as described no.1 above)

I really need to post my presentation made in Zoho docs from my new iPad. Help!
