Can't Use Templates - Zoho Email
Hi,
I cannot set up templates in my IMAP account for an external email address. When I go to save an email as a template it says there is an error - Oops something went wrong - try again later !
If I try to reply and then add in "template" the template screen opens and it just spins. Nothing.
The templates do work in Zoho email address account.
Can someone assist?
