Card Declined

Hey I've tried 3 different credit cards to upgrade yet all are seen as declined. I'm from Australia, and nothing I'm doing is working. One is a business account the other two cards are personal accounts... it's def not a problem from my end. My accounts have excess money required as I have just made a purchase and it went through fine.
