Change Default Font Size?

Change Default Font Size?

I am a new user of Zoho Writer and I can't figure out a very simple basic function. How do I change the default font size? Also, how do I find the "HELP" page. There is a header plus 3 toolbars, but nary a "HELP" in sight. Thanks.
