I'm planning on fading the chat window into my website using jQuery after a certain amount of time - kind of like: The user has spent so much time on this page now, they probably have a question. Obviously it doesn't make sense to display the chat window if none of the support representatives are online. Is there a way to use JavaScript to check that ahead of time?
