Chat Lights Up - Nothing There
I submittred a couple help requests a few days ago. Though I haven't gotten replies yet, I see that, for the first time, my chat sign is lighting up in red in the lower left hand corner. It also includes the number "1." But then, when I open up the chat window, nothing happens. Nobody's there.
Correlating the two events, I wonder if somebody is trying to respond to my help requests by chat? In any case, now I have a third request...
