Chatbar frame + a second chatbar inside
Hello.
I'm having an issue with the Zoho chatbar popping up twice on my screen. I'll explain.
To log into Zoho, I use mail.zoho.com. This would guarantee that all my available apps would be displayed to the left side of my screen. At the very bottom of my screen is my chatbar. Just by looking at it, I can only surmise that these are displayed in frames.
Now when I click on either the CRM or People apps, it loads them in the middle of the screen. Basic stuff, right? But then I notice that these two apps in particular (probably many more but these are the only two I found) also load a chatbar frame at the bottom. So basically I have TWO chat frames at the bottom.
Also, within our CRM page is a tab that links to our forum. When I click on this and it loads the forum, it also loads the second chatbar at the bottom.
Having two chatbar frames is very annoying because then I always get one message that is displayed twice. What can I do to disable the second chatbar from ever loading when I have one that is already in use?

Please also note that the top chatbar lists 7 contacts online, whereas the bottom one lists 0. We're supposed to be rolling out Zoho for everyone to use this month and I'm sure we'll have multiple complaints about this.
