We are using zoho since one week.
We have a major issue : all the click to call boutons are not working.
We are using "Skype for Business" (the executable is lync.exe and not skype.exe). And I cannot understand why you are using this protocol in Zoho : "
skype:0000000000?call" ??
Why are you NOT using the worldwide used terms "
call:000000" or "
dial:0000000" ?
It's crazy, even with skype for business (again skype for business using lync not skype) we cannot use this basic fonctionnaly ?
Why not adding dial and call protocol in zoho parameters in order to works with all non-skype products ???
The other main issue we have We are using Exchange and we cannot configure mail parameters properly
In Zoho : mail settings : outlook
In the incoming server details we can only chose 993 or 143 ports and in outgoing only 465, 587 or 25 ports ?
We are using others ports and it’s impossible to configure this part ! Why can’t we select any ports ? why only 2 or 3 ports ?
We have an private exchange server and using 443 port and it’s impossible to use in Zoho ???
