Hi,
I recently changes my DNS. This has disconnected my emails. When I log into my cPanel to change the CNAME the pop up box asks for 2 things 'nam' and 'CNAME'. I cannot just add the CNAME ' zmverify.zoho.com'  without adding the 'name'. From my research it looks as though I need my zb***** code. Can you provide this or let me how I can fix this problem. It is vital I get this sorted as all emails are down.
