Comment Template Inside of Call For Twilio

Hi. We have just started using the twilio integration with crm and find that we have to type the same notes over and over and over on a call. Although the integration is EXTREMELY nice; we would really like to have a custom call note or "quick note" implemented"  so were not having to type the same ones in each time. Maybe a micro or something? Tanks
