Communicating with outside organisations and customers in the same ticket?

I was wondering if someone could help me with this. It's been on my mind for a while but I've not started to look into it until now.
We've just been looking at migrating one of our customers over to a new service. This service is run by an external organisation and I need to coordinate with them, and the customer, but without each seeing the others messages. Is this possible in the same ticket? If not, what's the best way to manage this in Desk, do I just create two tickets (one to communicate with the external organisation and one to communicate with the customer) and then set the 'due date' to the same each time as the other ticket so I can 'link' them that way?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
