Complaint and Escalations - Zoho CRM Support

Relatively new to Zoho CRM and having untold issues with data management element. Seems that after 5 days of trying to resolve this through support that I am no nearer a solution after escalations with support team.

Bottom Line - Is there a formal Complaints Process where I can get "Action" or is it best to resort to social media channels to highlight the difficulties I and others appear to be experiencing to evoke a response?
