Complete Lack of Co-operation and Service by Zoho on A Platform and Organization That Is Badly Broken - DO NOT USE ZOHO CRM
I use Zoho CRM PlugIn for Outlook 2007. For the last three months I have had really bad problems with it and the service issues have been either ignored or extremely badly dealt with.
My problem. The add-on in the send emails functionality won't register and allow me to send my emails to Leads or Potentials. I have to do that manually meaning I am paying a subscription on a platform that is doubling what I had to do to use it. It took 7 days to get a response the first time I had this problem. I received a file to replace AppsRoaming the ZohoCRM file.
The fix worked for about three days. I lived with it and reported it again some for days after it broke. So a week down.I again reported the problem and 14 days later (yesterday) I had a response for an on-line call and session.
The outcome of a 1 hour call in which they offered a fix which NOT ONLY DID NOT address my problem, it took me back to the original problem that doubled my work AND added another one by saying the Zoho PlugIn Outlook 2007 no longer offered the option of enabling emails to be sent to Leads or Potentials and was in the process of being updated. Indeed, the only way out was to send all my emails and I mean all my external Outlook emails to Leads.
Even more when I go to the Search and Add Email to-day the Potentials option is not even working - full stop.
Here is a summary have how poorly Zoho performs
1) No immediate service response ever
2) Differing approaches to the same problem from different people
3) An essential part of my business CRM functionality ruined, causing me to increase my work on the CRM just to add a record.
4) A credit was offered by immediate email which has not arrived and which I dont expect to arrive.
5) An extraordinary unhappy customer who is now required to seek an alternative CRM provider at the additional cost of having to transfer all the records.
Please DO NOT USE ZOHO CRM..
The organization represents all the worse practices of outsourced service departments in non first language English speaking cultures.
