I have a field called "Signup Value" where we enter a numeric amount, then we have a "Frequency" radio field where either "Monthly" or "Annually" can be selected to say how often the Signup Value paid.

In the formula field we need the total annual amount, so it if "Annually" is checked then that should be the just the Signup Value in the formula field, but if "Monthly" is checked it should show the Signup Value * 12 to make us the annual amount.

I've been pulling my hair out for hours on this and finally gone bald, any help would be greatly appreciated.
