Below I will describe the problem that is hindering my company services, which I am using this Zoho Mail email:

When sending an email, the sender is showing my name plus the email address. I wish that instead of being mailed with my name, it would be the name of the department.

To do this, I tried to troubleshoot in the Zoho Mail Control Panel settings, (primary email aliases) under "Display Name (Outgoing Emails)" is set to "Ma ** ** ****" . So it seems to be all right.

In "Settings", under "General" - "My Account" - "Personal Information", the profile is in "Full Name" ******** and "Nickname" too ***** *****. So it also seems to be all right.

For these reasons I am not understanding why the sender's name is still being presented with "*******" <*********> ".

If possible, I wish they could help me.
