Connection Failed!

I have successfully installed and hosted 1 meeting as test. However, now I create a meeting but when I click on the start, the icon bar will show up with the rotating squares, then it will change to gray. When I hover my mouse over the icon on the task tray, it will say Connection failed ! Here is the log file...Please let me know what to do. Thanks.
