Connection failed at por 465 in wordpress

Hi, i'm using wordpress plugin to send email via smtp, but when i try to use the zoho smtp at port 465, plugin can't connect, show error: failed connect to server, my port 465 and 587 in my server are unblock. Somebody have same problem?, how solved it?. Thanks!
