Consolidated dashboard

Signing up with Zoho-One I was hoping to be able to tighten my organization. But with all the apps and no real integration (i.e. contacts don't sync between apps) I find I have lost oversight and I sometimes can not find certain things.

Is there a consolidated dashboard available? How do other people do this?
