I tested Zoho One using an alternate email account for a few weeks before deciding to subscribe using my "real" account.

It now appears that I've somehow left the Zoho / Outlook integration process "confused."

When I do a "Search and Add Email" for a contact that is NOT yet in Zoho CRM, Zoho reports that it is added, the Category is set to "Added to Zoho" in Outlook, but the email does not attach to the newly created Zoho record.

I am using two-factor and am logged into Zoho CRM in outlook using the correct account.

When I was experimenting with Zoho two weeks ago on the other account, Zoho crm pulled older emails into CRM....which is perfect for my needs. That is now not happening.

I also sent this message to you as a report with the log from within Outlook.
