Contactlist

For a particular shared user of my worksheets the status in the contactlist in the "Accounts"-overview, is "Invite to Chat". Although i played around a little bit with the several Zoho applications, the status of this user remains "Invite to Chat" even if delete this user from the contactlist and add it a few days later. :?
How can i change the staus from "Invite to Chat" (which i don't want to use)to "Invite to Zoho" or where does it go wrong?
