contacts are duplicationg with office plugin

hi

i would like to use the office plugin to print labels for envelopes.

When zoho is fetching the contacts from zohocrm, it is duplicationg some of the contacts although they are not duplicated within zohocrm.

I need to solve this issue urgently please since i am stuck in the middle of the work.
