If entered into Zoho CRM as a Contact it can not be converted to a Lead in Standard nor Professional plans. I researched and learned this is an ongoing concern for the last 7 years. In our Advisory Services Business, there is often a case where a Contact will become a lead. Happens. Why has this not been addressed by Zoho? Note that for other competitors this is not a issue and certainly not one now at 7 years. Thoughts?
