Is it possible to sync an e-mail to a contact if the sender (From: address) is different?

In other words, I have a few contacts that have different business and personal e-mail addresses. They sometimes send e-mail from home using a personal account. In other cases I receive e-mail from a vendor (such as a price quote) and I want to sync that e-mail to one of my customers (contacts in Zoho CRM) for tracking purposes.

So I guess what I'm asking is whether I can specify exactly which Zoho Contact an e-mail will get attached to, or will it only/always use the senders address to match contacts?
