I would like to know if among Zoho's products there is module to manage contracts. The key requirements I am looking for are: (1) to have ability to create contract template (add new fields), (2) to customize contract flow (3 or 4 confirmation steps with providing rights to accept or reject contract), and (3) to attach documents. 

Does Zoho offer anything like this?
