Verified the domain, DKIM is OK, but got yellow error on MX records and spf records, no idea why? Can anyone help?

url is simonparker.uk I checked the mx records from the mxtest website and all seems ok but assume something is wrong someplace. DNS is hosted by cloudflare if that helps?

Appreciate advice. Not technicial so fumbling my way around
