Convert Date field DD-MMM-YYYY to DD-MM-YYYY

Convert Date field DD-MMM-YYYY to DD-MM-YYYY

I cant seem to figure out how to change a date field in the format DD-MMM-YYYY to the format YYYY-MM-DD

I understand i need to use string and date functions but still cannot quite get it right.

Any help?
