Cookies in ASAP (anonymous KB only)

Hey Zoho,

We want to use the zoho ASAP widget as a plain knowledge base access tool. No other functionalities should be accessible by the widget.

During testing, we have found the following cookies:


Can you explain:
  1. what each cookie does
  2. if it is necessary, functional, other
  3. the expiry time and the reason for not being a session cookie

We would like to minimize cookie use to the necessary ones and want to explain to our customers what they encounter on our site.
