Cost of email add on

I am confused on what package I need to buy-

1/ I want to send email from Outlook as well as ZOHO and haver history kept for both way

2/ I want to add fields in my email for mail merge

3/ i wish to use TAGS to organize my leads/contact

Thats about it...what package allows for this? Will the $12/mo do that for me?
