Create groups Error

Create groups Error

This user is not allowed to add in Zoho. Please contact support-as@zohocorp.com for further details

I was able to create multiple group emails except when I try to create a payment@?????.com group email an error occurs like the attached image.

My user ID is: 779211815

Please help to resolve this problem.
