Creating Contacts from Subform
We publish a curriculum for special educators and have recently released a digital platform where school districts can subscribe. We are using Zoho Forms to gather subscription information. It's working great except for one major issue. We need the form information to integrate with the ACCOUNTS module (which is the school district) in our case AND we need the subform information to integrate with the CONTACTS module. We have two subforms: one to gather the names and email addresses of the elementary level teachers, and one to gather the names and emails of the secondary teachers. This is how we bill the district and monitor who is eligible to access the digital platform.
Currently, we have the form integrating with the ACCOUNTS module. That part is working great. It pulls all the info over as it should and even pulls the subform info into the Account and lists all the teacher info.
The problem is that we need the teachers to be added as CONTACTS so we can email them and have them in our database. It's not helpful to only have them listed on the account. It seems like there should be a simple way to push that info over. Right now we are having to enter teachers manually which is quickly proving not to be a sustainable model. Even when transferring data to an Excel doc and uploading. I would appreciate any help or tips on how to better automate this process! Thank you!
