I am wanting to create a button / custom function CRMplus that allows me to send a specific form (pdf) directly to a specified email recipient (my internal lead assistant).
Instance:
From Sales Order Module (while in View)
1. Mouse Click "..." for drop down menu, then have Send Email To MJ option which would trigger the Send Email dialog window (as it does now when sending to Contact) but set the default email address to
myassistant@mydomain.com.
OR
2. Mouse click "Button" drop down menu, then have Send Email To MJ option which would trigger the Send Email dialog window (as it does now when sending to Contact) but set the default email address to
myassistant@mydomain.com.
I see where it appears that this is possible, I just do not know enough about custom functions to make it a reality.
Does anybody know how I might be able to make this happen, or perhaps direct me to a specific resource in which I can learn more about how to write basic scripts for CRMplus?
