As an Admin, Is it possible to create a Zoho account for other users? We are currently integrating the Zoho Creator Help Desk into Google Apps and we need to have no interaction from our users during the account setup process. A silent deployment is what we are going for.

If we can create Zoho accounts for our users as an Admin, with no end-user interaction, this would be great.
