I need to know if I can set up a form in Creator that collects certain information from one individual, then have a second form generated that would contain the info from the first form and have additional fields to collect more info from another individual. The second individual can not have access to change the information collected in the first form but I need them to be able to add additional information on the second form so it would generate a complete "ticket". Is this possible and how do I do it.
