Over the last couple of weeks something must have changed in your Creator backend infrastructure as the majority of the UI images are gone.

Images like https://creator.zoho.com/platform/helpdesk/images/app/spacer.gif now report a 404

If I go to the Admin page in order to add technicians the following screen (see attachment) shows up, and it looks bad.

Could you please fix this?
